Oven loaders / unloaders

Capway Systems has specialised in the bakery sector for many years. During that time, we have loaded and unloaded every type of oven you can think of!
All over the world.

Our standard oven loader is a universal machine. This machine can load every oven in an extremely product-friendly manner, using baking forms and/or baking sheets. It also checks to ensure whether the oven is free for loading. This ensures that no overlaps occur which could be to the detriment of the customer. This also applies to unloading the oven.

Benefits of the Capway oven loader and unloader
The advantage of the stainless steel oven loader and unloader is that the floor under the machines can be cleaned perfectly. This is thanks to the design of this equipment. Both machines are highly accessible on the top side, and are conveniently designed.

Scrabbler conveyor for freestanding bread production

Capway Systems supplies a scrabbler conveyor for freestanding bread production (loaves and/or buns). This conveyor scrabbles the dough pieces from dough carriers after the proofing process and positions them extremely precisely in a dough-friendly manner on the oven belt. The conveyor is available in two versions:

In-line scrabbler conveyor

With this version of the scrabbler conveyor, the proofed dough products are processed in-line. The products are positioned on carriers as wide as the oven belt. After scrabbling, the dough pieces are conveyed over a bridge to the oven. The empty carriers are transported back underneath, in order to be cleaned and refilled.

Combination scrabbler conveyor

The combination scrabbler conveyor allows both freestanding bread and baking forms to be processed. The machine is fitted with a pushing mechanism for the baking forms. The dough carriers on this type of scrabbler conveyor have more or less the same dimensions as the baking forms. This is not the case for the in-line version.

The oven unloader on these combination lines is fitted with a pneumatic folding part. This part ensures that the freestanding bread slides in an orderly pattern onto the bread cross conveyor located under the unloader. The freestanding bread is then carried away sideways. The baking forms are carried away via the oven unloader.

If only freestanding bread is being produced, Capway Systems supplies a  cross conveyor behind the oven discharge. This cross conveyor can be connected to a linear Capway cooler, a so called CapMatic.
