Pan and tray cleaning machines

As a result of HACCP, cleaning baking forms has become an essential part of the production process. Cleaning means removing loose waste from the baking forms before or after the baking form storage system. Cleaning prevents crumbs or sprinkled matter residue becoming baked again in the dough.

Flat baking sheets: CleanCap

Capway Systems offers a number of cleaning machines, such as the CleanCap. The CleanCap has an air knife which blows the waste out of the baking form and collects it in a filter tray. This cleaning machine is specially intended for flat baking sheets.

Cleaning double straps with the Typhoon

When you have two baking forms next to one another, known as double straps, we offer the Typhoon. This cleaning machine also operates in accordance with the air knife principle. All cleaning machines can be fitted with a powered brush on the baking form entry side of the machine. When brushing is sufficient, we can supply machines with one or two powered rotating brushes.

Cleaning egg yolk or fondant

Spraying products with egg yolk or fondant creates a great deal of contamination. With such cases of rapidly occurring contamination, we clean the baking forms with a washing machine. The washing machine is built in to the automatic conveyor system, so that the baking forms are cleaned during production.
